Best Cookies: No Bake Rocky Road Chocolate Bars

Here's a rocky road that         Combine butter, chocolate     
you'll be more than happy to     chips and butterscotch chips  
travel on. You'll love how       in 4-quart saucepan. Cook over
quick and easy they are to       low heat, stirring            
make, but I bet they won't       constantly, until melted 4 to 
last long.                       6 minutes. Stir in peanut     
                                 butter until well mixed.

Bars                             Remove from heat. Add cereal  
                                 and marshmallows; toss until  
cup butter                      well coated.                  
1 12 oz. package semi-sweet                                    
chocolate chips                  Press mixture onto bottom of  
1 cup butterscotch-flavored      buttered 13x9-inch baking pan.
chips                            Refrigerate until firm about  
1 cup peanut butter              30 minutes. Cut into bars.    
4 cups crisp rice cereal         Store refrigerated.           
3 cups miniature                                               
marshmallows
