Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the use of supercooking.net. Reading or otherwise using the site means you accept them, and if you do not accept them the right course is to stop using the site. Last updated September 2026.
Who the Site Is For
SuperCooking is written for adults. Anyone below the age of majority where they live should use it with a parent or guardian involved, and never without adult supervision around flame, hot oil, blades, boiling sugar or pressure equipment.
What the Content Is
Recipes, flavor guides, ingredient explainers and regional background published here are general information only. None of it is professional advice, and nothing on this site constitutes medical, nutritional, dietary or food-safety advice for your particular circumstances. The Disclaimer sets out those limits in full and forms part of these terms.
Copyright and Permitted Use
The text, photographs, illustrations, structure and code of this site are protected by copyright and belong to the publisher or to contributors who licensed them to us.
You may:
- Read, print and save pages for private, non-commercial use.
- Cook from our recipes at home, for your household and for gatherings where nobody is paying.
- Quote a short passage with clear credit and a working link back to the original page.
You may not, without written permission:
- Republish an article or recipe in whole or in substantial part, in any medium, including translated or reworded versions.
- Reuse our photographs, or crop, filter or overlay them and pass the result off as your own.
- Use the material commercially, including in paid courses, compiled recipe collections, printed products, restaurant menus presented as original development, or client work.
- Scrape or crawl the site for reproduction, harvest it in bulk, or use its content to build or train a derivative product.
- Frame our pages, strip attribution, or present our material in a way that suggests we endorse you.
A bare list of ingredients enjoys limited protection. The method text, the headnotes, the regional background, the flavor analysis and the photography do not. Permission requests go to [email protected] and are usually granted for reasonable, credited use.
Comments
You are responsible for whatever you post. By posting you confirm that it is yours to post, that it infringes nobody’s rights, and that it is not unlawful, abusive, deceptive or promotional spam.
You keep ownership of your comment and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, reproduce and where useful quote it in connection with the site.
Comments are moderated. We may shorten, clarify or remove one without being obliged to explain the decision. Link-dropping for search purposes, product promotion, personal abuse and advice that would render a recipe unsafe are removed on sight. Disagreement about a recipe is not moderated, and disagreement from someone who grew up with the dish is welcome.
Acceptable Use
Do not interfere with the site or the infrastructure behind it. That includes attempting unauthorized access, probing for vulnerabilities, generating automated request volumes that degrade the site for other readers, circumventing security or access controls, and uploading anything malicious.
Advertising and External Links
Adverts on these pages are placed by automated systems rather than selected by our editors, and they are not endorsements. We do not verify what an advertiser claims, and any transaction you enter into with one is between you and them alone.
We link to producers, reference works and source material because they add something. Those sites are outside our control, and their content, accuracy, availability and privacy practices are not our responsibility.
Availability
Articles are edited, expanded, merged and occasionally retired, and addresses can change when a section is reorganized. We do not guarantee that a given page will stay at a given address indefinitely. Access may also be interrupted by maintenance or by faults outside our control, and we may withdraw or alter any feature without notice.
No Warranty
The site is provided as it is and as available. We test what we publish and correct what proves wrong, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error, that the site is always reachable, or that any recipe will give a specific result in your kitchen with your ingredients and your equipment.
Ovens, hobs, pans and produce vary from country to country and season to season, and results depend on execution. Cooking involves heat, sharp tools, allergens and raw ingredients, and the responsibility for handling them safely rests with you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, from reliance on anything published here, or from any dealing with an advertiser or a linked third party.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a jurisdiction does not permit a particular exclusion, it applies only as far as it lawfully may.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the publisher against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, from material you submit, or from use of our content beyond what is permitted above.
Suspension
We may restrict access to the site or remove material you submitted where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached. The provisions on intellectual property, warranties, liability and indemnity survive any such step.
Revisions
These terms change as the site and the law change. The version on this page, with its date, is always the operative one, and continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of it.
General
If any provision proves unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning this site. Questions: [email protected].
